Principle ONE: God Wants to Give us PEACE "If you are tired from carrying heavy burdens, come to me  and I will give you rest" Jesus of Nazareth in the Gospel of Matthew God, your creator, loves you and wants to give you lasting inner peace. Real peace is the product of a loving relationship with God. God's love can give you peace even in the midst of all the fear, anger, sadness and pain of life.

Principle TWO: God Wants to Give us LIFE "God loved the people of this world so much that He gave his only Son so that everyone who has faith in him will have eternal life and never really die."  The Gospel of John 3:16 THERE IS LIFE AFTER LIFE! Are you afraid of death? Most people are. You don't have to be because God has made it possible for you to never really die. Jesus Christ died and was risen from death in your place so that you can live forever with him in heaven. What keeps us from receiving this gift of life that God has provided through Jesus?

PrincipleTHREE:  Sin SEPARATES us from God "All have sinned and fall short of God's glory"  Romans 3:23 The Bible, God's Word , says that everyone has sins and falls short of God's righteousnessness. Sin is missing the mark, and we all have. The main consequence of sin is death because there can be no sin in heaven. Everyone needs to be "saved" from the consequences of this death . God has provided "salvation" through his son Jesus Christ .

Principle FOUR:  Jesus Christ UNITES us with God "Sin pays off with death, but God's gift is eternal life given by Jesus Christ our Lord"  Rom 6:23 Jesus Christ died on the cross of our sins so that we might be restored to right relationship with our creator. (Romans 5) He rose from the grave after being in a tomb for 3 days and became the first man ever to conquer death. (1 Corinthians 15) He ascended into heaven where he waits until the end of this age when he will create a new heaven and earth where there are no tears, death, suffering, crying or pain. (Revelation 21)

Principle FIVE:  Believe and Receive "If you confess with your mouth, Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (from death)" Romans 10:9-10 We receive God's free gift of life by placing faith in Jesus Christ. To believe is take God at His word that Jesus is His Son who died on the cross and arose from the grave to live in us as Savior and Lord. Do you believe that Jesus is God's Son who died on the cross for your sins and. Will you confess Him as Savior and Lord?

Principle SIX:  The Confession of Life Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13 To "call" means to simply ask God in prayer IT DOES NOT REQUIRE: KNOWING MORE ABOUT GOD,  PROMISING TO DO BETTER,  CLEANING UP YOUR LIFE. ADDING TO WHAT JESUS HAS ALREADY DONE. If you are ready, you can pray something like this: Dear God, I admit that I am a sinner and I am sorry.  I know that I can't save myself and need a Savior. I believe by faith, that Jesus, your Son, died on a cross for my sins and arose from the grave to live as my Lord. I trust you Jesus as my Savior and receive you as my Lord. Thank you for saving me.   MY COVENANT OF LOVE Believing by faith that God loves me and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my sin and arise from the grave to live in me, I ____________________, do this day, ______________ believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. I have called upon His name and have His Word for the assurance of my salvation.

Principle SEVEN:  Let God Change Your Mind Don't be like the people of this world, but let God change the way you think. Then you will know how to do everything that is good and pleasing to him Romans 12:2 Study the Bible in a translation you can understand. GET A FREE NEW TESTAMENT HERE Talk to God everyday...He really does listen and answer. Find a group of believers to worship and fellowship with. Share God's love with others
